Before The Dawn is a Zombie Survival FPS currently being remade from one of my previous levels, the game itself is only a tiny bit complete but I hope to follow through with this and see it all the way through to release.

Story: Currently Unfinished.

all C&C is welcome, UI/GUI and music is currently unfinished.

is this your entry for the COZ horror comp

it looks good but try to make all of your entities unless nesscary, you want to make them all static to avoid bright out of place entities and to achieve those great shadows that make a game like this.

ok just played it a few things:

avoid wide open spaces with no entities

if you have a decal replace repeat sound with appear1 that cnstant sound sorrta ruins the tension

you sound effects were good but needed to be more subtle it meant that whenever i heard that sound i knew there were enemies thats not what you want

also a question did you mean to make the dog things transparent because it meant that they look awful wierd on my screen

you're right in saying its still a wip but i do see a lot of potential good luck and may the best horror, maker thing win

Sadly from that one screen it looks like every other zombie horror game getting made at the moment. Nothing makes me go "Oooh, that's interesting". How do you plan to make this original to give you a better chance at winning the comp?

As soon as I fix these three things, I plan on implementing a lot from cosmics new packs, as well as a few new ideas
