Hey,,,

I am working on a drum program, not quite sure what you would call it, but you can write drum music on it.

My work so far is attached. I'm pretty much finished with the DBC side of it. Are there any more suggestions on what I could add. I am going to write the playback program in C#, because DBCs a bit slow for that.

Cheers,,,

Codeeater.

Haven't checked out the code yet, but how about this. The option to either click to write the code, or you can tap a key and it will write the notes to the rhythm based off of the rhythm of the key being tapped.

@BN2

So you mean like, the user would say I want to add snare notes and then they will tap on the spacebar or something and it will ad it to the music.

Sounds good.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will ponder upon it.

Thanks,,,

@BN2 I think that I will have to make that as a separate window written in C#.

Thanks,,,

Can't figure out how to do it? Or would it just be easier for you?

any more suggestions?

@BN2

well,,, the way I would do it would be a loop that increments a variable every loop and when you press the button it works out how long it has been since the last press. Because I am using visual c# I have a nice easy access to timers and therefore can make it more stable if you know what I mean.

Thanks,,,
