Allot of products I bought released around the same time as Dark basic classic arn't vista compatible, every time I attempt to install or run Dark basic classic I recieve the error message 'd3drm.dll', wasn't found if any body has heard about this dll file or how to make dark basic classic compatible with vista?

Just google the dll and download it. Then place it in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ folder (it might be C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM , though they should both work, only use SYSTEM if SYSTEM32 doesn't work).

???

What do you mean?

You just search the web (or this forum for that matter - there have been plenty of posts already about it) for d3drm.dll, download it, and place it n your C:\Windows\SYSTEM(32) folder.

i think if the people using them are using vista they will need to either get the dll or you will have to supply it (not sure if its just db that needs it or the apps also)

That seems fairly easy, just go about some form of beta testing and if the files require that particular dll or something else then implement it during the installation of the other files.
