Other than the cash, not too bad from when I tried out dbp on a friends comp. Like DBC a little more though. The user interface is nice, but the compilation times are significantly longer.

DBP is more like DBC+ rather than a new language. A few commands have different syntax, but it is mostly the same, just new support, functionality, and commands.

What I like in DbPro are types. I got to liking them with VB, and they're great, so you don't create huge, intricate arrays.

Let me correct that:

Faster programs, but, in my experience, slower compilation times.

Well, it is DEFINITELY slower, b/c it is what's known as I "compiled language" (I think DbPro is, or that's what makes DBC faster - correct me if I'm wrong) which just makes it longer to compile.
