Well, um... I respect you guys for what you do... I could never learn all of this programming and such! I was wondering though, since i cant really do this... If anyone would like a challenge, I am the leader of a clan called D@rK. We play a game called CS (Counter-Strike) and i'm sure many of you have heard of it. Well, i was wondering if anyone would like to create a multiplayer First person shooter for us! You could definatley be in our clan if you wanted, and if you are even the least bit interested in this challenge, email me at [email protected] please. Yeah, you obviously aren't a programmer.

I don't think there is a single human being who could sit down and write a First Person Shooter, program it, do all the graphics, music, and sound, in his or her spare time just because a clan wanted them to.

That's not a challenge. That's a pipe dream. Sorry.

Hey Hey Hey wait a minute...a clan called [email protected] would we wanna part of a clan like that...lol...if we played as much games as we make em we would just have a clan called DB...lol...and HZence i believe thats how CS started the only difference was that the Half Life engine already existed all they did was mod it and make the media...lol...what a [email protected] for noone here is good if you know what you want do some other methods get a person to make each media piece and program the game...i know about 50 coders here who could be Pro if they wanted to...and i know a good place for finding talented coderz...

This is the kind of guy who's 25 years old, doesn't work, and sits in a dark corner of his mother's basement playing an FPS and saying "w00t, i 0wn" every five seconds. He neither knows a thing about development nor does he have a desire to.

After all, he just asked someone to make a game for him. Without offering beneftis or a fat paycheck, no one will do it.

I think HZence nailed it.

I play CS - love it. Have a match today in 1 hr 1/2. You have no idea what it would be like to make an entire FPS, and going in some clan called D@RK isn't even close to a BULL**** of a reward.
