May I say something?

Okay, looks good, but I want to make one comment.

It's in the acronym of FPS:

First Person Shooter

I think your next task is to add shooting, and probably a gun that's not a cylinder. Good work, though!

p.s. How's Dark Advanced Project 1: Cuban Doom coming?

Like a 2D image look up batman doom or other remakes of doom on youtube and closely pay attention and you will see that the characters are 2D sprites not models I would Create my own models instead of using sprites but its just that I suck at modeling.And no good modeler will help with the project not to mention anyone so plz tell me how to make a sprite. Unless you are willing to help with the modeling of the more details things in the project such as characters.

Well, first save it as a bitmap or other image file.

Then you need to load the image - I'll use image number 1.

LOAD IMAGE "ghost1.jpg",1

Set some vars to be the Sprite's x and y.

SprX = 5
SprY = 25

Then use the SPRITE command - I'll use sprite number 2.

SPRITE 2,1,SprX,SprY

On the doom remakes, they usually aren't 2D sprites. They are more of a 2.5D system, in which the characters are 2D images that are textured onto 3d planes and pointed at the character.

In case it helps, you're welcome to use one of my attached cross hair target designs (the idea is that the green one turns to red once an ememy moves within the sights). I've also included a gun image incase it helps.

Not bad for a start!

A little off-topic, but did you ever play Mario Kart 64? All of the characters, shells (well, everything that isn't a level or question mark) is 2.5D! I think that is amazing!

OK, back on topic...

back off topic:

this 2.5D system is also used a lot in stuff like trees, where the image of a complex 3d object can be made into an illusion using fewer polys. from a birds eye view, trees r usually two planes making an X with each other, then textured with an image of the tree.

NOW back on topic...
