1st of all I am not sure if this belongs here, and I apologise if it doesnt, but I am new here.

My question is how do I have a non playable character in a multiplayer game (if possible must not die)

is this made with a script?

You can't have a non-playable character in it I don't think, and scripts don't work in multiplayer.

Scripts and dynamic entities will work in multiplayer if you design the map in singleplayer mode first, then change the preferences to multiplayer when you're done.

but what script should I assign it so that the player wont be able to choose it in multiplayer?

PS: I supose it isnt possible to have teams like Counter Strike or games alike, am I correct?

Teams are possible by using a Mod. Project Blue offers this game mode due to its Lemur integration.

Also, ANY character type entity placed in the map will become a choosable character in multiplayer. To overcome this, you can make the character entity a "non-character" by editing the FPE file. WARNING: doing this will remove any character specific operations.
