People have already mentionned the front shoulder but I think no one really pointed out the problem.
You need to horizontally connect the side of the pectoral to the under-arm+biceps area(look again at the antomy pics I posted on RGT) so when it deforms(assumed),the rest of the skin will follow giving a fleshy realistic deformation similar to that of the muscles.
The butt isn't bad but the crease makes it look like there's a metal string thrusting into the hips.Try relaxing this area and pull some verts from there.
The back torso is messy but I think it was mentionned, still,no real help so here I go.
The muscles in the back flow from the top to bottom(with some small curves) so the idea is to get a vertical strip pattern of egdes that will define the laps and that 'wrong crease' around the hips.
You might also want to correct the legs and hips which, from the top pictures look just fine but from the other angles they look a bit Arc'ed.
Try making most of your editing in the Perspective view as,contrarily to what most people will think, the orthographic ones won't show all the profile of your mesh as it is a head-on view(different FOV).
BTW:You could make a pair of low poly breasts using only a few extrudes and still get enough poly to animate them with jigglings.
Just need a cute face and you got a game-worthy model
Keep it up that's good modeling.
If I've seen it all before, why's this bus taking me back again? @_@
