I think it was a typo. If you look at the other 6 challenges, they all end 10 days after the challenge is issued. This challenge began 29th Jun 2009 and was suppose to end July 9 2009

Oh Super, thank you so much Kravenwolf !

As you may recall I requested darimc’s email earlier in the thread, I wanted to ask him if it was frowned upon to offer my prizes to second place.

I enter these contests purely for competition sake ( and to pick the new theme ), as fantastic as those prizes are, and as grateful I am to receive them, I feel that one of the other developers would find them of greater benefit to their future projects.

So with that said, and if it is allowed, I would like to offer my prizes to SekoIdiootti who came in a close second ?

I am still thinking over the next theme, and congratulations to all the entrants in this contest!

The prize I'm happy with is picking the new theme as much as I'm honored to win those lovely prizes I generally think you would benefit from them more, so if Kravenwolf and darimc allow it I would like those cool prizes to be passed to SekoIdiootti.

The winning entry will present a futuristic setting in conflict, maybe a battle beyond the stars or final showdown between man and machine.

hehe, I like it! Wooden spoon for the win!
The reason I jumped in on this contest was the theme really, I started a project last year that was set in an asylum but it never got of the ground, so I had a few models at my disposal.

My entry was built solely for this contest though.
I really like the idea of buttering up a screenshot with various visuals elements, I think another fun contest would be to create a movie poster for your FPSC game

Such a shame...I had a screen cooking up in X10 ;(. Don't worry Matuka, you're not the only one (I would've used X9 but it sucks at detail). I'll attach it just for fun. The design is a WIP for GVI and is based off of Verrückt from CoD 5 (you'll know if you've played it). And all effects were off, including shaders on the segments (there never were anyway).
