Break the Walls! with HoleZ.

Holez is for FPS Creator and FPS Creator X10. Just point and click to bust through any FPSC room segment. Then use the holes for passing through, or block them with the included fillers to create that blocked passage effect. For more fun, set them to explode and shoot them out!

HoleZ contains 19 different hole punches and 11 different filler entities. The fillers can also be used all by themselves to dress up any level or add interactivity. Download the manual for more pictures and info.

HoleZ is on sale now at fpsFREE.com for only $3.95.

Buy NOW!!!

NEW! Add-on pack contains two more holes and two glass panes. This FREE add-on can be used with or without the full version. Download is attached.

Id like to see a hole punch kit that took parts out of the top of the wall and then had the iron struts poking through the top, perhaps some of them are broken or twisted, if you smash holes in concrete you see the iron work below it that re enforces it. Also segments that either are hole punch for the floor, or segments that have sections missing so one can make floors with holes in them.
This set looks pretty good, I have a MP game I want to do for the iPhone that has the theme of broken up concrete so Ill be grabbing as many of these cutter hole punch kits as I can when I start that project.

You should fix the UV mapping on the cut parts. It's not worth the money while regarding that fact because there are free "cutter's" available containing the same features WITHOUT UV mapping mistakes.
Everything except of that point, looks quite nice.

You know, after he said that I started thinking about it. I have to go back and look at the meshes. I'm not sure, but I thought it was auto generated and yes... It's only really noticeable on the thick walls with course textures. I used the worst ones to display it of course.

I'll look into that more.

So maybe they "inherit" the UV's of the cutter mesh? I don't know how that could be possible, but that would be slick if that's how it works. I'm interested to know too.

Hey xplosys, I was totally wrong. The segments actually DO inherit the UV's of the cutter mesh, how freaking slick is that! It might be worth doing a quick UV adjustment on the cutter meshes.

Check it out, I adjusted the UV's of the "double_2" cutter, and no more stretching! Compare with the "before" pic below.

Good call Nighthawk. I'm still learning something new all the time.

Good to know. I'll work on that and send out a fix when I get them done.

EDIT: Thanks Nighthawk and bond1 for the lesson. I've started to redo the UV's and I hope to have them done tomorrow. I'll send out a new meshbank folder to everyone when they're finished.

Looks cool, but just a question:
Why won't anyone make free cutters? I mean.. It's weird. People do cool free stuff, but never cutters. Is it because they're so hard to make or what?

My username is finnish, and it translated to english is: "CrazyIdiot" or something.

Bond1: You stole my thunder D:

I was gonna come on the thread and tell Xplosys to uv-map the CSG mesh to remove the stretching (see my old CSG thread, I used that method there).

Anyway, these are nice CSGs Xplosys. Loving the wood/ metal blockades

Thanks everyone again for the support and great comments. It means a lot to me.

I have created a small add-on for the pack containing two more window openings, one of them as large as a door for easy passage, and two full size glass panes to use as fillers. Of course the glass is a dynamic entity, so it can be used anywhere at any angle.

This add-on is free and can also be used without the purchased version of HoleZ. Small, but FREE. Install instructions are in the zip. Add-on attached.

Thanks Tanya.

Glass seemed like a logical filler since there were window shapes and I wanted to get it in there, as well as offer a couple of small free pieces for those who don't buy the pack.

@xplosys: lol, that shot doesn't really show of x10's feature much? jk. I think I found a problem though, with the wood and metal struts. When I go to place them in the editor parts of them are white. I believe it is the piping and electric cords. The wood strut 3 is alright though. I haven't had a chance to try them in-game, and I can't until monday. So I'm not sure if its just in the editor or not.

It's just in the editor. That's how the editor shows transparency.

I wasn't trying to show X10's features, only the HoleZ.

Armageddon Games,

Sent to the address you specified. Thanks for your support. For future reference, it's best to add that delivery address change to the Instructions to merchant when you place the order. Then we both have a record.

Thanks again,
