We've got a 1 in 13 chance of winning, but looking back at the entries, I haven't got a chance... :S

If I was ever given the opportunity to remove all the bad from the world, I wouldn't, because for there to be heroism, compassion and all that is good, there must also be all that is bad.

It's Half twelve over here, but it'll still be tomorrow when Wetham judges I guess...

The Results

Thank you all for entering!
Well after looking at all of the entries together it’s pretty close.

I’m looking for a screenshot which would appear on the back of the game box, or in a magazine.
With that said:

The winner is Ekipshi

The screenshot presented is well framed, with a beautiful colour range, the scene is filled with both foreground and background elements. It’s dark enough to create that dusk environment yet light enough to show the action, the editing was carefully done to increase the overall atmosphere.
I also like how the camera is looking up at the ship, it places the viewer inside the image. I would find it easier to imagine myself in this scene, than in another screenshot were I’m supposed to be holding a gun.

Congratulations to Ekipshi and well done to everyone that entered!

As for the next theme: I want to see Earth's Final Moments.
How will people react, how will the world look, facing it's imminent demise? It can be any time period, or locale

Ekipshi,

I received a refusal from your mail server. It says "illegal attachment". Resent. Let me know if it comes through.

Brian.

EDIT: This is the problem....

Quote: "As a security measure to prevent potential viruses, Gmail doesn't allow you to send or receive executable files (such as files ending in .exe) that could contain damaging executable code.

Gmail won't accept these types of files even if they are sent in a zipped (.zip, .tar, .tgz, .taz, .z, .gz) format. If this type of message is sent to your Gmail address, it is bounced back to the sender automatically. "

Do you have another email address? If not, I'll have to set you up with a download.

Brian.

No, it still hasn't come through!
Are you sending me an Exe file? Gmail tends to block those
If it is just pack it in a RAR, or if you already have, we need to think of something else

LOL. No. I've been sending it as a Zip file, but
Quote: "Gmail won't accept these types of files even if they are sent in a zipped (.zip, .tar, .tgz, .taz, .z, .gz) format. "

Since it didn't mention RAR, I tried that. Lets see if that works.
