here ya go...working time: 1.5 hours o' work, all textures in photoshop by me, all geometry and UV's in LW7.5 by me, what format ya want it in?

[edit]
err, forgot the stats:
588 poly (yes, all triangles ;p)
1 512x512 texture
sails are fully weightmapped/IK'd to produce a nice lookin wind effect. (not sure how that'll fall into MS3D)
If ya want me to add anything, give a IM/email/post/whatever.
I just felt like modelling somethin like a boat, not bad for a first try at a galleon eh? ;p
