I have bought the game.
and have installed the 1.08 patch

but I havent been on for a very VERY long time so...how do I get the 1.09 patch to use model packs?

Drat, I did that and it gave me V1.09 TEEN, how do I make it have ragdoll?
Also how do I access TGC Store from X10?

Go to your order history and download the v1.08 mature patch, then go to check for updated under help in FPSC. You should get the mature update then.

You'll have to download the TGC Store separately and run it separately.

The next update (when that happens) is suppose to have the store integrated into the editor
