Where can I find the BMPs Files: cottage02.bmp and barry.bmp?

They should just be in the files with the tutorials. If you can't see them, look in the code for where they're referenced as.

Answer to your question:

I'm not sure, but they should be under "C:\Program Files\Dark Basic Software\Dark Basic\tutorials\example\"

I'm pretty sure they're in the tutorial folder as said. Either that or they are lurking in the media folder. If you can't find them do a search on the media folder.
You do have a stock media folder that came with DBC right?
