Yes, use RegEdit. Make a backup of it first though.

editing the registry isent somthing you'd want to do unless you know what your doing deleting or changing one wrong thing can damage the OS badly

I'm sorry, but I'm picking up on some weird stuff today. Why would someone who doesn't know how to edit the registry call their post "RegEdit"?

stay away from it as everyone said.
unless your trying to do something like make a virus, getting round time trial software or somethig.
what are you doing if its legal you would say.
