I'm (trying) to get enemies to start with loaded guns.
YES, i have tried setting the AI with a gun to loaded.

But regardless of that, as soon as they see me they ALWAYS reload me, and i can just unload bullets and drop them before they have a chance, it makes the game unbelievably easy and kinda meh.

How exactly do i make the enemies start with loaded guns.. properly. So when they see me they open fire WITHOUT having to reload.

this is a bug in x10, there is no way around it

Maybe they think they can get an extra 30 rounds if they do. Or perhaps they want to get owned :o

I'm sure the sniper doesn't have to reload before shooting.

Load in a sniper class character and check the scripts they use. Might give you some idea.

The sniper doesn't know, i tried using the sniper script. But it doesn't take RoF into account, and it spammed about 9 million bullets even with the rate of fire @ 900 o_o

I have no idea where to put it into the sniper script.. so i'm either stuck with a too easy game, or a completely impossible one

Put an enemy in the cull it before the player comes in.

I meant "Put an enemy in then cull it before the player comes in.

well i posted a similar question and got an answer for x10

try this
download this new dark ai
put into the scriptbank,(i created a new folder in the scriptbank called own so i wouldn't have to delete the old dark ai)
when you place your character set his main to the new dark ai and also set his weapon to loaded

i hope this helps

Yup, his weapon loads perfectly fine. He NEVER needs to reload though o_O

well i know why they don't have to reload,the first state=0 line has reload weapon, so the character will load their weapon continous, so the weapon will always be full so the actual reload animation won't be needed.

So until this bug is fixed or someone can better this solution you can choose to have guns not loaded or continous firing while in sight as your bug, i know what i would rather have
