Ok you see I have some models of grass, and I want the player to be able to freely walk through them. So I set the model to use the basic "No collision.fpi". Well whenever I use this it automaticly does not use alpha maps so the model looks like a flat grass square with a white background(no alpha).
If anyone could help me that would be great, I was planing on doing a free grass pack.

This is the script that I am using. I am applying it to my entities "default" script field.

This script does diable the collision but at the same time it is no longer transparent.

Does this work?

You might have to mess around with alphafadeequal, but tell me if it works. I have never tried a script with alpha fade before.
I would have tested it but i dont have timer or neither a model that fits with alpha fade.

If it dosent work reply me again and ill see further into it.

Hmm just tried it out the alpha works perfectly but there is still collision, thanks for trying though
I am starting to think that this bug is hard codded into the engine and there cannot be no collision with alpha.

Massap2, you started the script with state=1, you need to start it with state=0, so it would look like this

Hope This Helps

I emailed you the files

EDIT
I tried what you guys suggested and still no luck, the entity has transparency but still has collision. Is there any way to pull off alpha without collision in this engine?

As i am kept busy at school this week i will try to look further into it, as i tested the no collison with a "transperncy" it wouldent work. Maybe there is somthing wrong with the engine?

I just use that on mine and have no problems with alpha not working.

":state=0:coloff,suspend"

with "transparency = 1" in the entities .fpe

I only use this for fun and have no interest in making commercial games ^_^
