Unhelpful Titles

Please do not simply write "Noob Question", "I am a newb", "One Noobie Question", "A question", "Please help", "This isn't working" or anything similar as the title of your post. We have a search facility, and meaningless titles do not help others find answers to their questions. It will also help you to get quicker responses if people have an idea of your thread content.
(Just saving a mod's time)

There is also a thread for this here
Your specs are fine though.

I believe that is only true in the 32-bit, because unlike 64-bit, the computer doesn't allow full access to the hardware (part is reserved for OS and such), causing it to appear as less than it is.

Yes, 3.2 because you only have windows 32bit. Still your computer will run it, however the Geforce 9500 is not that high end of a graphics card, to much stuff can lead to lag. So be careful.
