Is it possible to enable parallax relief mapping for FPSC X10 on things other than weapons?

I think it is, you will need to tell the segment script to use the fx fiel though

It is not possible directly. There is a lengthy workaround that I found some time ago but it won't work on all segments and it really isn't worth the hassle. So while it technically can be done, it's not a simple matter of changing the .fx field. Relief mapping can be used on dynamic entities though.
