hi i have got a problem here ive just upgraded from v108 to v109beta so i could use the model pack 9 and 10 weapons and when i press test game i get this error


FX Effect Compile Failed

No effect ptr created in LOAD EFFECT

i had this working before my computer got reformatted because of a stupid virus but now i cant get it to work i just tried the v110beta update and got the same problem plz help!!!

maybe uninstall all of fpsc and reinstall

Did you install them for X9, and copy them. Make sure that the weapons are using an .fx file.

no i just reinstalled the program and its still happening and no i do not have x9 installed i really need this to work to any help will be appreciated thanks

ok thats weird still even after adding nothing but 1 room segment and playing it i still get the error but it works fine with v108 beta
