FPS Creator X10 / Confused about FPS Creator X10 and platforms

It says specifically on the FPS Creator X10 website that it runs only on Vista (and probably Windows 7?). How about the games it creates? Can they only be run in Windows Vista?

I dont think there is a x10 version for xp, if there is then first i heard of it.

X10 and any games produced by it can only run on Vista and 7. Not on XP, it can never run on XP.

Latest version requires dx10.1
