Is it possible to make the bit-where-segments-and-the-like are placed bigger?

Then how about if you made a ver large entity that over-ran the workspace edges? Would the player be able to walk past the edges?

Or how about making your entities and models very small?

Is it even possible for a map to be designed purely with entities?

The player is unable to run over the edges.

Everything in the level has to be in propotion to the player, whose size can not be modified.

In theory yes, but i'm guessing you'll have alot of glitches, and the load times will be long especialy if you are planning to use heavy lighting.
