Ok so im looking for some music and fx sound making programs that save in many different formatts but i need a free or cheap 1 that i can use that allows me to still use my game in comercial ways (selling my game) any ideas?

i dont have any equipment for that i need something kinda of like garage band but for windows vista i tried magix music maker 15 but i dont have the money to get it and its for non-comercial use only
