FPS Creator X10 / i cant properly use the terrain editor

i cant properly select or place the terrains

like when i select a terrain to use, it works fine on empty space, but now when i try over already painted spaces. also, i cant choose a terrain more than once without going through the library again

If you are referring to the segment editor, you can't select, rotate, or modify other properties that you can with entities.
