Reinstall direct x 10. you can find the latest version at microsoft.com

it means your video card is not directx 10 compatible

first look at the list of compatible video cards.... it is stickied at the top of this forum.... then fined a local retailer that sells one of those cards..

my system specs are these:
Intel Pentium D CPU 3.20 GHz 3,20 GHz
RAM 2047 MB
i have WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM
and i use DX10 what's wrong
