Can some one post a Step by Step tutorial on inserting Storyzones?

For example, when your character walks into some specific place some words pop up?

Windows 7 64 bit. Intel core i7 (2.67Ghz 8 cores). 8GB RAM.
1 GB Nvidia GTX 280. Windows index score: 7.5. owned.
