Well Hi dudes there i need help When i am running Fps creator and i pulse the Test game buttons start loading but then appears and

error no effect ptr created in load effect

pLEase help i have the pubic beta download

and i have another error d3dx10_40.dll please help i have windows 7

Sounds like you need to install DirectX10, you sure you have it?

Yes please re-install direct x. What graphics card do you have? go to the site and make sure your drivers are up to date. Then on over to Microsoft to download the latest direct x.
