Hello Well this is my soulution to directx error ------
Downlaod this directx and you can run FPS CREATOR X10 good
(solution works too to a Load or fx effects problem)
Directx 9 first downlaod(you can install this first or the other)

Directx10.1 (see if you graphic card support)
The Directx sdk the download size is bigger but have all the thing to run your games please if any errors contac me or if you have directx error please i repeat see your manual or your graphic card web to see if supports 10.1 Good bye
(I run fps creator x10 with a Intel Celeron D 512 mb ram and 512 mb of graphic card sapphire ati radeon HD 4650)

Windows website can be a nightmare,not very user friendly good to see useful links.
