All of a sudden, when I load it up, it said it was the free version of X10. How do I re-verify that I own it?

I don't think that there is a free version, but go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator X10
and open the "userdetails" file and enter your name and the serial code.

Yeah - it said FPS Creator X10 Free when I started and wouldn't let me build a game. Thanks! It worked out now.

What? post your specs so I can them. Please Uninstall x10, and all updates/model packs. Re-install x10. Download the 1.10 update. Load up all your expansion packs. Run the .exe as compatibility mode for vista sp2 and administrator.

I am getting so sick of reinstalling. All i know was I ran an installation .exe and it came out FPSC instead of X10. I uninstalled it, but it wouldn't change back. I have model packs 2, 9, 10, and 26 currently. What do you mean my specs?

Your computer specs being (processor, ram, Gcard) I don't see how it could possibly turn into FPSC x9 I am almost scared to ask. Did you by the wrong product? or download the wrong product?? did you install the update 1.10 0_o

I downloaded something from fpsfree or one of those. I ran the installation .exe and the next thing I know, it tries to run as FPSC while in X10. Very weird. I think I already posted specs. I'll edit this if i find them.

EDIT: Vista 32-bit Home Premium, Core-2 Quad Processor, 3GB of RAM, and an NVIDEA GeForce 8500GT Video card

Alright, we will start with that, what exactly did you download? I can help you better with that. In the mean time I would suggest uninstalling everything FPSC related lol.

Gah. Don't wanna. Kinda late. I'll reinstall tomorrow. Also, I deleted the thing because it didn't work and I don't remember what it was. I downloaded it because it was free and I might have used whatever it was later. I do that for a lot of things. I have an entire folder called Downloaded with things I got off fpsfree, fpsbanana, ect. and I don't remember half of what's in it. lol

LOL! alright comrade, that's not a problem. Most software that works with x9 has absolute no compatibility with x10. Just be careful what you install. Later when you re-install x10 tell me how it goes.
