on topic, i think there should be a rule of ,, dont post cardboard cutouts unless youve finished and you want to show everything at once, grant it, i've done it before, but i actually finished mine an a good manner of time.
and i love how (even i do it though) its so hard to be original with guns, because games like call of duty steal our thunder. now scifi guns are unique, and i can clearly tell that nerd has been playing some fps's (havent we all) because the names of all the attatchments and, the camos, damnit call of duty, now everything is going to be 'copying call of duty' because we cant get it out of our head to stop copying it. Is it because its an awesome game? or that it was so succesful?
Im not blaming you nerd, i think its a good idea, just, not original. And like i said before, its hard to do that nowadays.
Edit: and also i see that you say its almost done and you just need a scope,,, WTF! guns arent flat man! all you did was make the base, no detail or anything, plus i see a mesh error on the grip, and the grip looks like it would cut your hand by how box like it is.
