Im makeing a zombie game and i want them to attack a gas station. The idea being that if they destroy the gas station, you die, in say an explosion. How do i make them attack an entity(s)?

Right click zombie and put entitys name in target.

maybe an edit in the script? I don't remember there being a target property there...

I don't remember a target property in x9 either. 1.17 hasn't been released yet, right?

Use the SETTARGETNAME=X in the .FPI and set the X to the name of the entity you want it to attack. Then you need to use actions such as ROTATETOTARGET, MOVETOTARGET etc. to carry out the operation. For attacking them, it's a whole new tier of difficulty...I thought X9 had DarkAI transferred over from X10? X10 has the ability to change characters form Enemy to Friend of Neutral so yeah, I can't see why X9 doesn't have that.

So basically, if you have a character named 'zombie1' and you wanted it to kill the name specified in the SETTARGETNAME as 'chicken', for example, you need to name the other character 'chicken' in order for it to work, and then add the other commands to move towards 'chicken' etc. if you get my drift .
