I want to make more interesting environments for the game I'm making, and it's gonna take me forever to add each individual object, etc. Is there a program that I can do this on?

What objects need to be placed?

well, Environment wise, indoors. And loads of objects, because it is a game where you play someone who is part of a SWAT team. Currently, I'm attempting to make the appartments level using matrices for each floor (6) and objects for the many objects, walls, and stairs. I've made the matrices, and a few of the objects inside, but Its taking too long to program out how each one is textured and positioned, etc. Thats why I would like a program to make thesesorts of more advanced environments.

make yourself a level editor
I think there's a dbc level editor somewhere. I forget what its called though.
