FPSC Classic Scripts / Freeze dead enemy

Hi there! We're trying to create a single player paintball game where enemies don't fall down when they are shot, but instead freeze and remain frozen throughout the rest of the game. We tried to change the destroy-script, but it didn't work. Any suggestion is highly appreciated

Have this as your destroy script.
This script has it so when the player is shot he falls to the floor and then gets up to idle crouch state and stays in that state.


If (for any reason) you want it so the guys don't get in your way after they die (they still have collision on atfer dead with this script) just change to this:

My guess would to modify the death animation so its only plays one animation frame.

I dont know what frames fpsc uses for death, but thats how i can see it work.

I have an idea actully .
How about you play only 1 frame from animation 1 ( Idle ) ?
the killed entity will appear completely frozen standing with no single move .
But that would require a thing , that you edit the entity's FPE that way :
You go to the directory of the entity , open the FPE file , Check the Idle animation frames numbers ( It's 210,234 ) , Then you change The following animations frames to 210,211 for example :
Anim 11 : 21
Anim 61 : 71

And WALLA !! All of possible death animations are frozen .
Try it and tell me , Cheers .
