http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1320253/

Anyone going to watch this film? Being a big action film fan this has got to be the film to watch, it has:

Sylvester Stallone
Jason Statham
Jet Li
Dolph Lundgren
Steve Austin
Mickey Rourke
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Bruce Willis

Now tell me that won't be one hell of an action film!

I can't comprehend how Arnie is back. Awesome idea for a film though, get all the action movie legends in one movie, playing older 'expendible' people. They probably get revenge for being expendible.

At least Liam Neeson isn't in it - sick of seeing his mug recently.

You got that right...me too.

Excited to see this though, will be my guilty pleasure for the summer.
This will be old-school action. No hyper fast camera cuts during action like newer action films. Hopefully just a lot of 'splosions and beatdowns. And one-liners.

Bring Bruce Lee back, he would annihilate Arnold and Stallone. Quick, get a time machine and have him play a role in the film.

I've been waiting for this movie for over a year.

No really, i've wanted to see it ever since i heard what the cast/director would be about a year ago.

I am just speechless. This is the quite simply the Holy Grail of action movies.

And Arnold Schwarzeneggar is, has been, and always will be the king of action movies. There's just one problem: WHAT THE HELL IS HE DOING IN A MOVIE WHEN HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA!!!!

I'm not gonna see it... Too disappointed that they didn't use a song by The Expendables in the trailer. I also don't like mindless action.

It'd be interesting just for the gimmick. I was waiting for Arnie to make an appearance in a film again, just for the sake of cameo, like in Terminator: Salvation or Predators, not seeing his name for either disappointed me.

This film has potential, but it can so easily be ruined, so I'll wait and see.

In T:S that was a computer generated image (with a bloke buffed up to have the same body mass) of Arnie, he never really appeared in it at all. Don't know about Preditors.

As far as I'm aware, thtere's no story similarities between Predators, and Predator, other than the predators of course...

Predators is on a game reserve planet where humans good at fighting are put in for the predators' lulz, so Arnie wouldn't get a look in...

I saw it the other day. There was basically no acting, and what little acting there was... was very, very cheesey.

With that being said...

IT WAS AWESOME!

I saw it last Sunday. It is a Stallone film, so he's the big hero with the most screen time. Arnold is only in the movie for about 30 seconds, no exaggeration. You forgot to mention Randy Couture, who's only line is pretty much to explain his ear. The guy who plays Sgt. Batisa on Dexter is also in it, he's like a cuban general or something. Steve Austin is basically the bad guy's body guard but does fight Stallone. The fight with Jet Li and Lundren was kinda cool, and Statham gets wicked crazy with knives.

I didn't think it was all that bad, it's an action flick with lots of killing and explosions. As long as you don't expect more than that you'll enjoy it.

Don't really think ska music goes well with action movies.

What ? I like Liam, tho I agree if he was in this movie it would just make things worse.

Yea, I can tell they just wanted to make a movie as rough and tough as could be. You could tell towards the end where

It had tons of explosions, tons of gore, tons of action. Was a good movie. Wish Arnie had more screen time. His only screen time was

the bits where they tried to have things like plot, character development, romance, moral courage, and all that crap really should have been left out. Watching sly trying to sort out some deep philosophical conundrum was just painful.

the bits where they were just killing dudes, and blowing stuff up left right and center was awesome.

This is not the Sig you are looking for....

For real? I think it's important to take reviews into account before watching a movie or playing a game. If enough people say a movie is crap, then I won't watch it either. It's the power of the consumer and free speech, isn't it?

I usually dont care at all what the reviewers say xD If i find the trailer interesting, i go see it. More interesting "bet" that way and usually, if it was good, ur more happy then if everyone has already told it was good. But also, if it was bad u will be more pissed.

It simply highers the stakes, and the pot =)

I think itd make an awesome video game. Two teams, one of the action heroes, one of a bunch of infamous baddies from all of the classic action films. Work in some unlockables ike Bruce Lee or one of the older Bonds for replayability. Online multiplayer, throw in a ranking system and some match making, slap a price tag on it and you've got the next multi-billion seller title.
