Laptops have build in graphics tablets. Unless you pay ALOT of money dont expect to get it upgraded.

Man, that sucks. Is ALOT cheaper than a new laptop that supports FPSC x10?

Depends really. I suggest shopping around at your local stores and ask them about it.

Does the laptop have a good CPU? If it doesn't you're better off just getting a new laptop.

But I really want FPSC x10 without having to get a new laptop.

Why does it necessarily need to be a laptop?

if it was a 7600 or even maybe a 7500 it might have been upgradeble, but 7400 i am pretty sure its built in. i may be wrong you can always take it apart and check yourself or look at this model online and research if its built in or not. if it is upgradable its probobly an MXM module

I think all Geforce integrated graphic chips are upgradable but you probably won't be able to get a DX10 capable graphics card for that laptop.

I'm just waiting for some AS5 in the post to upgrade my Acer laptop's graphics card, which uses the MXM standard. As far as I'm aware though, HP don't tend to use it.
