This turns on a flickering light via player proximity. Delete the "random=10" to get rid of the flicker, or change the number to adjust it.

@ defiler: No, I just have FPS Free installed. Waiting for the rest of my order to process.

@Nbt: Only way to do it. Hopefully I'll be around a while for more. Kind of a big endeavor to take on right at the start of a new school year, but if I do this right it'll be huge (for me at least.)
