Hi!

I made this script



It's really simple, BUT when i hit the F key the second time, the ambience doesn't change to 5, it's changed to 75 :-s i don't know why this happen, it's really wierd

any idea of what happens?

Yes, I am trying to make a night vision script too, but my idea is that a light turns on and off, and it follows the player around, as well as a hud being toggled. only problem is, when you press the / key (thats my preferred key), the player either continues to move with the exact velocity they had when the button was pressed. furthermore, it doesnt activate the light, or the hud.

Windows 7 ultimate x64, Intel i7, 4 GB RAM, NVIDIA GEFORCE 330m 1GB

Ok, i found mi problem, the night vision script i made have to be applied to a dynamic light.


Can you post your script michael thompson? i was trying to make something similar, maybe i can help

I actually havent made the script yet, i was trying to get a light to follow the player which i found out is impossible. However, I can think of a few ways to do it, all of which are not ideal, unless I was to be able to get a weapon to glow or something like that, in which case, the above idea would work.

I knew there were other threads regarding night vision scripts. Here is one by xplosys. He has always been very good with scripting. Please try it out. Don't worry about saying it requires a certain version because it will work with any version higher than what he mentions.
