Helpful tips if you want people to take you seriously:
1) Introduction
Hi should probably be Hello at the very least. A letter generally with start with a salutation followed by a comma or colon.
New Version:
2)CaPiTaLiZaTiOn (yes, I too hate it when people do this but I want to make a point):
Old:
i'm searching for a DB coder with good experiance with it.
i agree to pay the person who wants to help me.
u can reply here
New:
I'm searching for a DB coder with good experiance with it. I agree to pay the person who wants to help me. U can reply here
3)Spell Check: do it. Please. Use firefox, it has built in spell check. It would have told you that "experiance" is spelled "experi
ence"
4) Yes its the internet, get over it and type the whole word out. Though, honestly, what screams "I'm a professional game developer and want to gain the trust of experienced game programmers" better that using "U" instead of "You". All sarcasm aside, don't do it, you just look stupid and inexperi
enced.
5)Punctuation
i will contact you. when u reply
Should probably read:
I will contact you when you reply.
Note the use of CAPITALIZATION, PUNCTUATION, CORRECT SPELLING, etc.
I apologize if English isn't your native language. If this is the case then it probably isn't a great idea to be recruiting a team in English. It would probably have been better to go find others who speak your own language.
In all seriousness though, if you do pursue your venture of creating a game and learning to program, we are more than happy to help give instruction. Just ask your questions and we will help you reach a solution.
