I see people recording games in HQ using XFire, so i decided id give it a go (i get numerous problems with fraps and hypercam), however i cant seem to increase the quality.

Can i make the quality of the recording better, all i see is that i can increase the FPS, which shouldnt change anything.
In-game while recording i am not lagging at all, and to make sure im not lagging ive put GW on the lowest settings (which is why there is no shadows etc).
Smoke me a kipper, ill be back for breakfast.
