I'm 90% sure TGC didn't do anything with Realm Crafter, other then sell it here.

I remember realm crafter was around before they started selling it, so I highly doubt they made it.

Just confirmed no they did not make it. Still RC people are real jerks sometimes. There using a ultra easy MMORPG creator tool and bash FPSC because they say its drag an drop. Look in the mirror lol

They just say that because they have to go through hell, using RC all the time . If you don't program, it's difficult to understand how RC works, which is why there isn't a huge amount of playable RC efforts. I'm sure it's capable of great things, but it depends on the user. I think FPSC encourages people to dig deeper, maybe get DBPro and make different types of games. RC seems to only encourage people to start up teams, achieve little, then disband and blame the world.

Frankly, if people don't program but want to make games, they should just appreciate what options are out there, and make the most of them. Slagging off other platforms is pointless unless your writing your own platform, and even then it's ill advised.

I think it's MMORPGs. They attract a certain type of individual, the mouthy elitist kind. You see them when you play an MMORPG and it wouldn't surprise me if the same individuals thought they were 'leet' enough to make their own, hence they pick up Realm Crafter.

Pay no attention to them. Leave it out, it's not worth it Phil.

Either that, or just read what they have to say and laugh at how pathetic they are, like watching an episode of Jerry Springer, Big Brother or some other crap.

Yeah Im going to have to agree with all of thee above. Ive used RC in the past and its by far the most unencouraging engine Ive seen. Alot of those guys buy it and don't undrestand you have to program in order to make the game work to your needs. So they complain and bash others. Then they disband their own group but go on bashing fests.

One good thing we can all always say about FPSC is we have alot of support here. I mean you post on RC an its like ooo your dumb you did not know that. Here much more pro, I get help advice and everything when I need it. I may not agree with the advice given allways but at lest we give real advice and help here.

Lol yeah. FPSC is not really that easy. I can use DBPro just fine, but all I can make in FPSCreator is a flat level with Nazis(I think they are).
