How do you make it were you have to kill all the enemies to win?

Right click on an enemy.
Set IsObjective to 1 on the first enemy and then continue to raise the number for IsObjective on every next enemy with 1.

Example : Enemy1 - IsObjective=1
Enemy2 - IsObjective=2
and so on.
