You need "entity workshop".

When you have all the textures off and it's just the base model are all the faces white? If not than you have the backfaces showing and you need to reverse them, just select a purplish face and then right click and towards the bottom of the menu you'll see reverse face.

Also your models look pretty good for just starting out, but there's a few spots that need to be cleaned up and atleast one spot that your line isn't matched right. The end point snaps in Sketchup are nice, but sometimes a pain.

If you want any help or advice with using sketchup let me know. Right now the only modeling program I use is sketchup.
