Hello,

I was just wondering, is it possible to create FACIAL ANIMATION in Character FX? And if it is, how do I go about doing that? I want do be able to make facial expressions such as the eyebrowse, cheek bones, lips moving(maybe show some teeth), ears moving, basically just showing the emotions of a character in the face but with some detail not a cheap look such as a flat looking face. Also by doing that, would I have to add more vertices to the creation of the face to add high detail so it would'nt look cheap? Note: Hopefully this would'nt add to many polys. I'd appreciate anybody's feedback.

Thank You!!

As long as your model has all the stuff it needs (check vertices, teeth and what not) then it can be done using joints and assigning vertices.

Sure you can do that with CFX ...... like RPGamer said "As long as your model has all the stuff it needs"

There aren’t any tutorials for CharacterFX on this type of animation but if you already know pretty much how to use it then here's a tutorial which might come in handy It's for C4D, but the principles are the same

Thanks for linking me to that tutorial, this will be quite helpful.

One more question I wanted to ask is Milkshape 3d animation features identical to Character FX?
