Ok i made an animated humanoid model in Milkshape now i want to export it so it works in DB.. I know most people are saying to use the JT exporter using retained mode... Ive done that yet my model comes out all Gnarled like he was pushed into trash compactor. So is there something i am doing wrong?

Put future Milkshape questions in the 3d discussion forum. But I answer anyway. DB doens't support bone(joint) animations, you have to animate it a different way. I suggest using Strata 3.0.2(free) or getting DB pro.

Am I an Idiot...or is everyone else just really smart?

Or you can use PoHa!84's upcoming project which should be finished in a week or two...

Check out the "Best way to... *sigh* long story..." post and have a look at what it has to offer... including screenshots...

Hope I Helped...

if its DB Classic it wont work if it is boned and mesh deformed.
If its in pro that should work
classic will however tolerate a keyframed model using mesh peices as limbs.
