I just recently got a new laptop, and the on screen volume indicator is pretty ugly, I found a program that ads a better looking one, but it does not get rid of the old one, so I'm stuck with 2 indicators or 1 ugly one. Does anyone know how to get rid of the old one?

Uninstall it? It's probably going to be a program specifically from the vendor.

If there's no easy way to uninstall it just remove its entry from:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Assuming it has one.

@Fatal
Theres nothing in startup that looks like that, but I don't know what it would be called anyways.

@Benjamin
I went there, and theres a few obscure programs, one of them was the built in audio manager, but removing that did nothing.

I found the program that handle it, but the problem is uninstalling it would turn off all my on screen indicators, so brightness wi-fi on/off tuff like that and the program has no options to tweak Oh well.

EDIT! I got it, I went to that programs folder and deleted all the pictures of the volume OSD. Yay, thanks guys for your help!
