Lol,alright michael,you'll get them in a little while.
@anayar , Yes,that's pretty much how,only this one is a bit more cartoon-ish (which I prefer personally).
Now about the rock:
There are many ways you can do it, depending on the preferred style.I personally lean more towards a slight cartoon-ish look (*stylized)
The basic concept is to use two slightly differing colors (like light brown and dark brown) and use the clouds filter in photoshop.
Then you go to your Channels tab and create a blank channel and name it
"Displacement Map" or something you can remember. This channel will be used for the rock relief.
With the channel selected , go to
Filter->Render->Difference clouds.
Then go back to your layers panel and click on your clouds render.After that's selected,go to Filter->Render->Lighting Effects.Mess around with the values until you find it satisfactory.The only thing you must do before all the editing is to select your Displacement Map by clicking on the
Texture Channel field and selecting it from the drop-down menu (This is in the lighting effects window)
Now you should have a basic rock texture.
Afterwards , if you want a result similar to mine,create a new layer or two and use a default brush with some solid brown (light/dark) colors and draw over the rock.Then using a smudge tool on that layer make the cartoon-ish effect.If you want , you can add some shadows to it with a burn tool on the solid color layer.
If you want even more depth,you can copy the rock texture,desaturate it and set it as an Overlay and change it's Brightness/Contrast until it suits you.
Any other detail you can find in the .PSD.
