do you have to use sleep in a loop? Im pretty sure you can just set the sync rate slower, but is there a better way?

I've never used sleep in a loop. Actually, I've never found a situation where I needed sleep. What do you need it for?

Sleep stops your entire program... it'll make everything jittery (if thats a word), the best way is to lower your sync rate if everythin is moving too fast...

Hope I Helped...

It does? Hmm... I've never noticed... have you tried running in it in a window? That might be why I've never noticed...
