Looks very generic in my opinion, I would reccomend using some custom media like CP's sci fi pack. also maybe add more lightmaps to you level.

Two factions fighting for control for a command post.

It is generally very hard to make out what you mean. Try re-wording it to make it more understandable.

Also, your entity placement seems rather off. You appear to have put beds in what seems like a large canteen; if this is done on purpose for whatever reason please tell me .

I would say that you should play around with your ambience levels as your lights don't create much of an effect to the environment. You should also try to experiment with the light colours and refrain from FPSC's stock colours (in order to change the colours, temporarily convert your level to single player in preferences to do so. Then you can test game to make sure the lights look good enough, and then switch your level back to a multiplayer one.

The outside-level framerate deeply worries me.

Under 30 with no enemies and weapon activity? These maps won't work in MP.

Have you even tested them in a built game yet?

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

It could just be his graphics card... I would run it a like 55-60 FPS probably.
