how should i go about making cel shading in my game?

cant happen in Dark Basic Classic, though there are ways to imitate it somehow. if you can get lagmaster to go through his RGT archive to find an example of this (some guy did false cel shading and sphere mapping for DBC) you could get an effect like cell shading.

hellivmonkey did it in dbc somehow and it looked v.cool

You can open the object texture in something lie paint nad fill in all areas with block colour, then set a,bient light to max for a pretty cool cel shading effect.

A computer program will always do what you tell it to do, but rarely what you want to do.

you mean the outline on the skycars? oh, you just get the original model, make a copy of it, scale the clone to -101,-101,-101, and color the object. Thats how he got that effect.
