Hi. I am thinking about getting XYZ terrain editor but I can not figure out what file types it can export to. I was wondering if anyone knew. I plan on using it for fpsc so I'd like to hear from anyone who has used it for that as well...just to know how hard it will be. here is a link to the (locked) topic on the program.http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=113993&b=5
thanks in advanced

I don't think anyone is answering because the answer is in the thread, several posts down.

Here you go:
Quote: "Quote: "What does it export?"

You can save the maps to any folder of your game. It will export a *.etm (Extended Terrain Map) file and save the textures in a sub-folder called "MapTextures". This is loadable by one command, you'll only need to add the .dba file to your project."

I saw that (and could have sworn that I wrote it in the original post, but apparently didn't). I knew it could export .etm. do you know if that is all it exports? thank you for your time.

He never mentions otherwise. I guess the only way to find out is to download it, but I would assume it only does etm
